Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
ClusterX ("ClusterX," "we," "us") builds custom AI systems for businesses. We take the privacy of your data extremely seriously. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the steps we take to keep it safe.
Our data commitment
The data you share with us — and any data we process on your behalf — is never sold and never shared with third parties for their own purposes. We respect the privacy of your data to the utmost, and we keep it highly secure. Your data is yours.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to share. When you book an AI Audit, contact us, talk to our voice agent, or download a resource, we collect details you provide such as your name, email, phone, company, website, and anything you tell us about your needs. When we deliver a project, we process the business data and systems you explicitly grant us access to, strictly to build and run what you've engaged us for.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, schedule and run your AI Audit, deliver requested resources, provide and improve the services you've engaged us for, and communicate with you about your engagement. We use it for these purposes only.
AI processing & your data
Delivering AI systems means processing data. We only process the data needed to provide your service, and we do not use your private or business data to train public or third-party AI models. Where AI systems we build operate on your data, they do so under your ownership and with humans in control. You own the systems and outputs we deliver.
Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or use. The only exception is trusted service providers (for example, secure hosting and our own CRM) that process data solely on our behalf to operate the service — under strict confidentiality, and never for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data security
We apply strong technical and organizational safeguards — including access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege access — to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Access to your data is limited to people who need it to serve you.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to stop contacting you. To exercise any of these, just email us and we'll act on it promptly.
Cookies & analytics
Our website may use essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not use this data to identify you personally or to sell to anyone.
International data
We operate globally and may process data in countries other than your own. Wherever it is processed, we protect it under the commitments in this policy.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
